Sloppy terrorist charged in Lahad Datu Sabah today

Part of Sulu 108 terror suspects detained under the Security Offences (Special Measures) 2012 will be charged in Lahad Datu today.

This was revealed Deputy Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar at a press conference this morning in Felda companions.

He said they will be prosecuted in the District Police Headquarters (IPD) Lahad Datu while the court made ​​on the safety factor.

In the meantime, Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail seen arriving in Lahad Datu IPD 11.30 this morning. Also look Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar and Shukor Abu Bakr.

Sessions Court Judge Duncan Sikodol from the Court of Kota Kinabalu and M. Raja Lingam from Lahad Datu Sessions Court to be there.

All of them were detained in several areas including: Lahad Datu and Semporna prosecuted under the act because of suspected links with militant terrorists who invaded Sabah since Feb. 12.

It is understood that the case will be transferred to the High Court Tawau after this.
