"Scooter Braun Projects would like to emphasize we have not been asked or paid to the Government of Malaysia for a concert in Penang, Malaysia recently," the statement said.

Management has also denied allegations that the government in some blog Malaysia sponsored the artists performing at Chinese New Year open house in Penang 1Malaysia.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak explained PSY presentation did not involve public money.

He also said people are not charged any fee to watch the performance artist who also popularized the dance style song.
PSY presentation is the culmination of thousands of people attended the ceremony organized by the Penang Barisan Nasional, in Han Chiang College.
