Jump from level 3 to avoid police dragnet

A drug dealer survived and is still alive without any injuries even after jumping from the third floor of an apartment when police chased the incident at Jalan Lumut to Sitiawan, here, yesterday.

In the incident at 3.30 pm, the suspect, 37, is said to be desperate dive from a height of 20 meters after realizing the presence of a team of policemen District Police Headquarters (IPD) Manjung doing spot checks on the property.

A police spokesman said the suspect who has previously held a number of cases involving drug trafficking in the area panicked as police found close to occupied residential units.

He said the suspect was arrested by police who do not want suicide jumping from the third floor of the apartment before falling to the ground floor apartments.

"However, the police was surprised to find he could get up and try to run again before successfully arrested," he said.

"It is quite surprising that the men were not suspects broke his leg bones or serious injuries on the body's internal organs even after falling from a height," he said.

He said, the results on the suspect owned rucksack find reliable packaging heroin and syabu.
