Barisan Nasional (BN) for Pasir Mas parliamentary seat, Che Johan Che Pa, do not submit candidate nomination form for election to the 13th (13GE), will face stern action including dismissal membership if the act was done intentionally.
BN secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said the coalition would conduct an investigation into the actions of Deputy Head of the Pasir Mas Umno division.
"Umno will not compromise on any party who commits an offense and violation of party rules, including action against the Constitution sebotaj or Umno in particular to ensure victory for BN in the 13th GE," it said in a statement here today.
Che Johan a surprise when a candidate fails to submit the nomination form at the nomination center operations room Colonial Land Office and Pasir Mas yesterday, although he appears to be in the center.
Actions that lead to the incumbent, Datuk Ibrahim Ali, who competed on the independent ticket fight one on one with a child Am Pas spiritual leader Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mohd Abduh.
