Suspension of Kelantan Football Association president Tan Sri Annuar Musa as VP Football Malaysia (FAM) and from football activities for 30 months, decided last year, are valid.
Syed Ismail Hadariah judge decide what is right and not FAM flawed because the association has the discretion to do so.
"The court also found that FAM has complied with all procedures in statute and code of discipline used association is correct," he said.
Hadariah made the decision after considering an application challenging Annuar hang FAM results for 30 months from football activities. He wanted it held to be invalid.
On June 5, 2012, Annuar as the plaintiff filed an originating summons at the office
registrar of the High Court, naming as defendants the first FAM secretary-general Datuk Azzuddin Ahmad as the second defendant.
In his statement of claim, claiming the sentences imposed Annuar
him not in line with the original charge and the charge against him draft the defect and FAM acting mala fide.
