A medical school graduates reveals how she saw the baby was born and routinely killed with scissors in Philadelphia.
Stephen Massof, 50, of Pittsburgh, recounts atrocities in the trial against former boss Kermit Gosnell, last Thursday.
Gosnell, 72, is charged with killing seven babies who still live in the Philadelphia Women's Medical clinic.
He faces the death penalty if convicted.
Massof waiting for sentence after pleading guilty to killing two newborn babies at the clinic revealed that he saw abortion at 26 weeks - two weeks past the 24-week limit allowed.
He also claimed to see 100 newborns cut on the back of the neck to make sure they die.
Massof also speak of the horrible scene at the clinic was very dirty and rusty surgical equipment.
"It's full of the fetus. Fetus and there is blood everywhere. Some have a removable head with the brain from the body, "he told NBC.
He also claimed that the ultra sound machine in the clinic manipulated to allow the fetus looks smaller and younger.
Medical graduates also explained he earned his medical degree from Grenada in the West Indies and did not complete their training while working with a trainer doctors Gosnell in 2003.
But Massof said, he convinced his boss honest intentions and doctors believe he helped poor women who often come to the clinic.
"I believe Gosnell honestly want to help women and protect them from being abused and neglected," he said.
The trial is now in its third week and expected to be completed later this month.
Eight clinic workers have pleaded guilty to various charges, while workers still tried with Gosnell ninth.
Massof worked five years at the clinic before leaving in 2008 due to conflict with other employees.
"I feel like hell firefighters. I can not put out the fire, "he said.
He faces charges of murder three years later after the investigation Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the provision of painkillers led to the raid on Gosnell's clinic and abortion more serious cases.
Prosecutors accused Gosnell of profiting more than $ 1 million (RM3.1 million) a year in the clinic. He charged a fee of U.S. $ 3,000 (RM 9,168) for each abortion.
