Wanita Umno deputy chief Datuk Kamilia Ibrahim's surprising decision to contest as an independent candidate in Kuala Kangsar and put all posts in Umno.


"I Kamilia Ibrahim has been confirmed by the EC as an independent MP for Kuala Kangsar, and to announce resignation as a member of the UMNO Supreme Council, deputy Wanita Umno Malaysia, Kuala Kangsar Wanita Umno chief and Umno members," wrote Kamilia in Facebook.

He will oppose his party candidate from BN, Datuk Wan Mohammad Khairul Anuar Wan Ahmad and Khalil Murugan Lim (PAS) in a clash of three corners.
