Already informed the Sultan of Selangor MB liquidating desire Dun

Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah consented to dissolve the Legislative Assembly (Dun) when the time is right, says Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.

However Dun Selangor dissolution will only be announced after Chap Goh Mei celebration next week, he said.

"My lord Dun agree to dissolution, but I will publicly at an appropriate time so that there is a special ritual dissolution.

"... Will not stop the dissolution Sultan, Tuanku suggest it was made by an orderly manner," said Abdul Khalid after chairing the Exco meeting at the Office of the State, today.

Asked whether the State Government will announce in advance the date of dissolution, Abdul Khalid said he had agreed with my Lord not to do so.

However, he reiterated yesterday that the State Government has no problem to dissolve Dun simultaneously with Parliament.

"I had promised follow you said, no need for early general. We thank thee advice, elections must be held," he said.

Abdul Khalid on 30 January, the government announced its intention to dissolve Dun Selangor state after Chap Goh Mei celebration following the date of his term will expire automatically on 22 April.
