Yuna seeks ideas for 'Wonderland' song

Popular singer and songwriter Yuna is in the midst of finding her "Wonderland".

It is a spellbinding music video and self-penned song that celebrates the wonders of Malaysia.
The award-winning musician is in the midst of the Galaxy Wonderland project, a collaboration with Samsung.
Yuna, Samsung's Galaxy Note II ambassador, said: "Last year we worked on the award-winning Sparkle Project which created a music video for my single Sparkle.
"We are now on a journey aided by Galaxy Note II, bringing everything special about Malaysia to life."
The project's executive creative director, Eric Cruz, wants fans of Yuna to submit their ideas about what makes Malaysia a wonderland to the Galaxy Wonderland website.
Its team of illustrators will create a colourful and magical "Wonderland" with Galaxy Note II specially for Yuna's new song.
The song's producer, AG of Coco, said it would combine the sounds of various traditional musical instruments from the country, befitting the "Wonderland" theme.
Finding her creative spark from fans' ideas, Yuna will subsequently pen the lyrics that match the video.
Music director Quek Shio Chuan said they would build an entire set that takes after the designs submitted by fans.
"It will be a visual delight that is out of the ordinary."
Yuna said she loved communicating with fans and getting ideas to better her musical performances.
Yuna said more than 3,000 entries had been submitted by fans, and the surreal video and song should be ready by the end of next month.
The Sparkle Project saw Malaysia's first music video created for Yuna with the Galaxy Note and it won Best Music Video in Anugerah Industri Musik (AIM) 2012.
