How To Reduce Stress
Stress means a problem or burden either in terms of an individual's physical and mental health. Every person experiencing the stress will do various things worse if stress can not be controlled. Do not over think things too critical. Remember that every problem has a solution. Among the ways that can be applied are: -
1. Try to find the root cause of your stress and depression.
2. Solve the problems one by one. Limited our thinking. Our brains are helpless if we do not stop thinking about things. Interact with others to express your feelings.
3. Crying, Laughing. Crying is usually done by women. With tears we can enlarge the mind and soul. It is an effective therapy.
4. Exercise or exercise. With exercise can calm the mind and soul. The movement of the muscles of the body and a smooth flow of blood can reduce physical strain.
5. Put to practice a healthy lifestyle. Always motivasikan personal life is to be tested. Eat a healthy and balanced diet. Be prepared for whatever the future trials. Use common sense to think with maturity in solving a problem.
