Chong Wei, Mew Choo Men Can Baby Kingston 3.4 Kg

World No.1 player Datuk Lee Chong Wei and his wife, the former national badminton player, Datin Wong Mew Choo on Friday called mom and dad to adorable baby boy named Kingston Lee.

Mew Choo delivered a surgical Kingston at 1:36 pm at the Gleneagles Hospital in Jalan Ampang. The baby was born with a weight of 3.4 kilograms.

Chong Wei, who accompanied his wife during the birth process described it experience a 'hard to forget'.

"The doctor said my face looks pale and lifeless. My nervousness and trembling but Mew Choo looked relaxed," said Chong Wei when commenting on his experience diminat birth of his first witness.

"I'm not ignoring what the doctors tell me, but as soon as I see my baby, it's really amazing. I do not believe I've been called a father now!," He said.

"Mew Choo in excellent condition. Instead, she looks radiant and fresh. She's a strong woman.

"Today, I will be with my boys and take care. Yeah, even at night, though," he said, a sweet smile.

Chong Wei, winner of two Olympic silver medals, Kingston hopes to bring good luck to him for winning more awards and championships for the country.

Mustafa Ali claimed Umno desperate, willing to use dirty tactics

PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali claimed that Umno was desperate that they are willing to throw a variety of defamation dropping him from the political arena of the country.
   
In his speech at a ceremony at the headquarters of Village Pass Molek here tonight, he said, Umno is responsible for defamation through the media.
   
"It is customary Umno, they are willing to use dirty tactics by spreading rumors ... I am the latest victim of Umno slander," he said.
   
Mustafa said he would leave to his two lawyers, the Asmuni Awi and Hanifa Harapan, to bring the issue to court.
   
He also denied resigned after the issue of the spread of pornographic photos and DVDs associated with him.

"I serve lazy media kat pelawok reason (fraud), some of the words that my blog resigned as General Secretary of the issue of this video.
   
"I lived this, (still) General Secretary Pass again. Not so itchy sores even with that. Newspapers I get it," he said.
   
In the meantime, Mustafa tried to avoid facing the media after the event, but said "the hatchet I told you, I do not want to say anything, I have delivered to the attorney, it just is not worth it and if I were to comment." After that, Mustafa went into his vehicle and left.

Terengganu PAS commissioner Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut the defending Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seat, abide by the decision of the party to make way for Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad as the party's candidate.

He said although the King Bahrin are new to politics, but he is confident of the ability and integrity of the cousin of the Sultan of Terengganu, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin.

"I also started from the new. So, I think he has a chance as we have seen, sometimes too many 'first timers' can win. That is normal.

"The time is very even, if people got fed up, lost too. So there was no question the new or old, as long as we see he has the authority, ability and people can accept him, I feel he same opportunity to others, "he said.

Meanwhile, he also said, announcing the candidate Pakatan Rakyat (PR) will be held on 18 April this broken out, Marang, after Isha prayers.

Court rejects suit against TV3 babbit Nizar tweets issue WWW1

The High Court today dismissed a RM50 million defamation suit by former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin for his tweets on TV3 involving a vehicle registration number WWW 1 a successful bid by the Sultan of Johor.

Judge Datin Yeoh Wee Siam said Mohammad Nizar tweets clear message that the Sultan of Johor's sarcastic use of public funds to acquire WWW 1 vehicle registration number in the bid.

He said the court did not agree with the suggestion that Mohammad Nizar tweetnya be interpreted based on the real meaning, and separated from any known fact, common understanding of the implications and the fair-minded.

"Based on the above considerations, the court dismissed the plaintiffs suit against defendants-defendants. Costs will be borne by both parties," he said.

Mohammad Nizar and publishers suing TV3 Bulletin Utama, Rohani Ngah, concerning his review of the number plate, which was bid at RM520, 000 by the Sultan of Johor, last May.

"The court agreed with the defendant's submission that the plaintiff tweet messages, read and understood by those who are rational, obviously sarcastic Sultan of Johor that he had used public funds to bid for the WWW 1," he said.

The judge also ruled that clear and authentic yet another message tweets Mohammad Nizar sparked great interest among the public.

Yeoh said the judge was correct as defendants counsel submitted that if the Sultan of Johor using his own money to bid for the WWW 1, it is his personal right.

"It is his money.'s No question use the money to help people. Sultan only be criticized if he bids the use of public funds," he said.

Thus, the judge said any reasonable people would decide tweets Mohammad Nizar does not directly imply or claim to the Sultan of Johor was using public funds to bid for the registration number.

He said it was clear that the news reports of public interest and the defendant has a duty to publish news of tweet messages plaintiff.

Yeoh said the judge was appropriate given the time of publication it was the right time when the topic was widely discussed and people can not wait hear it and clear the defendants of their responsibilities to deliver on time.

Yeoh judge, however, said the defendant failed to carry out journalistic responsibility for not getting confirmation on tweetnya Mohammad Nizar, and the failure was caused by bad faith on the part of the defendant.

"So the courts are more likely to allow the defendant is released from any liability for defamation plaintiff," he said.

He said the court found that the defense of fair comment dealings involving public interest was made clear by the defendant.

After the decision was Mohammad Nizar told reporters that he would discuss with his lawyer and see the judgment before deciding to appeal.

Counsel Mohd Fitri Asmuni and Mohd Zamri Ibrahim represents Mohammad Nizar while Liew Teck Huat, Lim Qi Si and Jason Wee represent the defendant.

Former MB will join Pass

State PAS deputy commissioner Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin revealed the possibility of a former chief minister will join the party, soon.

However, the announcement made in a ceremony at Kampung Permatang, did not disclose the name of the individual and the chief minister of the state.

Mohammad Nizar said the involvement of the former chief minister is known to pass through Central committee meeting on Tuesday.

"A former chief minister will be given in form soon pass," he said.

Through a number of blogs, some are expecting great minister in question is from Perak and Selangor, but until now there has been no official announcement on the matter.

If the individual in question is the former chief minister of Perak, two names are likely to join the party is Tan Sri Ramli Ngah Talib governing Silver (1983-1999) and Tan Sri Mohammad invasive (1999-2008).

Commenting on the placement of the new supporters candidate Pass (DHPP), Mohammad Nizar said Perak Chinese also put forward a candidate who will compete in Dun shavings.

He said Richard Wong, who is also Vice Chairman of Silver DHPP will compete for positions challenging the Barisan Nasional (BN) in Dun shavings in the bottom of Parliament Alor.

"This nomination is proof that the party passes for all," he said.

Azzuddin get promoted, leave FAM, join AFF

SECRETARY General of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), Datuk Azzuddin Ahmad will leave his job at Wisma FAM to take on a new position as Secretary General of the Asian Football Association (AFF) with effect from 1 June.

This has been confirmed itself Azzuddin at a press conference after the presentation of the Malaysia-Palestinian charity match at Hotel Royal Chulan, yesterday.

Obviously, this has been communicated to the FAM president Sultan Ahmad Shah to seek pleasure and basically he supports.

"Yes, I will take on the position if there is nothing to prevent beginning early June," he said.

Asked about the current post he held this point, Azzuddin said the position will be held until the end of May before being replaced by other individuals.

"As I undertake in AFF post later, a post in the FAM should be released to individuals new opportunities to further strengthen the FAM.

"At the moment I do not know who is eligible, but believe those who will take over as I can carry and trust very well," he said.

Azzuddin also hinted that the commitment will be deepening of ties among Asian countries as well as the practice patterns of friendly relations in the sport of football.
